This Privacy Policy explains how ApexStack (“we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit our website or join the ApexStack waitlist.

When you join the waitlist, we collect your name, email address and, optionally, the use case you select. We also automatically collect basic analytics data (pages viewed, country, device type, referrer) through Vercel Analytics.

2. How we use information

We use your information to (a) notify you when ApexStack launches, (b) understand how the website is used so we can improve it, and (c) respond to inquiries you send us. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Legal bases (UK/EU users)

If you are located in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, or Switzerland, we rely on your consent for marketing communications and on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Service for analytics.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@apexstack.ai. You may also unsubscribe from waitlist emails using the link in any message we send you.

5. Data sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service (e.g., Vercel for hosting and analytics, FormSubmit for waitlist submissions). These providers are contractually required to protect your data.

ApexStack operates globally. Your data may be processed in countries other than the one in which you reside, including the United States. We apply appropriate safeguards when transferring data internationally.

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for site functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
