These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ApexStack website, waitlist and any related services (“Service”) operated by ApexStack (“ApexStack,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By submitting your email to the waitlist, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to ApexStack at launch. We may invite users in batches based on factors including location, use case and signup order. Waitlist members will be notified by email when access becomes available.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including the ApexStack name, logo, copy, design and software — is owned by ApexStack or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe anyone's rights; (c) interfere with the operation or security of the Service; or (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ApexStack does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApexStack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
